Overview
The Graphic Designer will use artistic skills and imagination to create visually appealing and engaging designs for signage, presentations, advertisements, logos, infographics, and more. The role ensures visuals communicate the intended message and capture the audience’s attention. Collaborating with marketing teams, agency partners, and other team members, Graphic Designers develop solutions that align with project requirements and support marketing goals. You will help develop branding and promotional campaigns, design specialized collateral including digital web, CRM and social media assets, and review marketing materials to ensure understanding of messaging and brand standards. As the Creative Designer, you will help shape a brand’s identity, helping businesses stand out and connect with their target audience.
Job Details
- Reports To: Senior Manager of Brand Activation & Content
- Location: Boca Raton, FL - Hybrid (Three days per week in the office, with one of those days being either a Monday or Friday)
- Direct Reports: None
- Travel: Ability to travel as needed (10%)
- Additional Expectations: Candidate to provide portfolio
Responsibilities
- Visual Concept Development: Master design principles to communicate a message. Combine color, text, and images harmoniously.
- Design and Production: Create logos, websites, visuals, artwork for advertisements, content for web pages, infographics, charts, and symbols; design and produce brand books, icons, and logos.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively across marketing teams and agency partners to develop content and communication programs.
- Brand Stewardship & Innovation: Understand brand components and how they interact; produce fresh concepts aligned with client requirements.
- Assignment Management: Ensure designs meet project specifications and deadlines.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or graphic design
- 3 to 5 years' marketing experience, including multichannel/communication with 1 to 2 years of healthcare experience
- Experience applying market research with an understanding of relevant pharmaceutical marketing tools within the respective region
- Knowledge of graphic design, graphic arts, print production, and digital assets
- Knowledge of short-format video production
