Designer (Web, Packaging, Graphic, Digital) role at Aquent. This position focuses on shaping the visual identity of beauty brands across web, packaging, and digital platforms. This maternity leave coverage role involves collaboration with two experienced directors and management of the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring brand consistency and creative quality.

Responsibilities

• Design and art direct for innovation launches, covering web, e-commerce, merchandising, and social media needs.
• Manage project timelines, overseeing all design phases from concept to final file release.
• Create marketing-ready assets that adhere to brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with external partners, managing timelines for post-production on still and video assets.
• Contribute to the creative vision for three brands, conducting research and ideating innovative concepts.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 3-5 years of design experience in the beauty, fragrance, or fashion industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
• Strong portfolio showcasing a keen eye for design and the ability to create cohesive visual narratives
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality design
