FDM - Framework Digital Media, a division of Framework Entertainment, is seeking an Influencer Talent Manager. This role requires experience in influencer marketing or talent management and familiarity with top-performing social creators on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Responsibilities

• Sign influencer talent
• Drive business for our talent through partnerships, licensing deals and ambassadorships
• Redline and manage contacts
• Negotiate and execute incoming offers
• Garner new business from advertisers, platforms and networks
• Generate brand campaign opportunities for our talent
• Develop relationships with advertisers and brand representatives

Experience and Skills

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing or talent management
• Proven success managing influencer campaigns
• Strong direct network of buyers and brands
