Overview

The Acquisition Associate, Influencer Partnerships will support and own components of The Farmer’s Dog (TFD)'s influencer marketing program. Reporting to the Senior Acquisition Manager, Partnerships, this role focuses on growing influencer partnerships to increase brand recognition, trust, authority, and customer acquisition while aligning with partners who authentically share our values and mission.

The ideal candidate should have strong relationship-building skills, be comfortable with cross-functional collaboration, highly organized, analytical, and data-driven. This role reports directly to the Senior Acquisition Manager, Partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and ongoing management of partnerships, from initial outreach to ongoing engagement, ensuring an exceptional brand experience end-to-end
• Collaborate with internal teams to align partnerships with brand values, messaging, and mission
• Analyze performance metrics regularly, use insights to suggest improvements, and contribute data-driven perspectives beyond influencer initiatives
• Assist in managing budgets to align with broader business goals
• Execute strategic partnership plans with clear explanations for deviations and actionable recommendations if goals are not met
• Prioritize organizational objectives to ensure partnerships align with overarching goals and values
• Support development and implementation of influencer marketing strategies for new products

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience managing influencer relationships with a proven ability to build genuine creator relationships
• Customer-centric mindset with consideration of short- and long-term implications
• Comfort with creative testing and optimizations to enhance an existing program
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and over-communicate
• Open to feedback and able to debate ideas without taking feedback personally
• Up-to-date with social media trends on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Data-guided with comfort in analytics; Excel experience a plus; ability to use insights to inform decisions
• Team player with excellent communication and empathetic, direct interactions
• Proactive self-starter who seeks opportunities and solutions

Compensation For this role the anticipated hiring base compensation range is $69,000 - $75,000 USD annually and will include a robust market-competitive package of base salary and equity. Equity ownership will be part of the offer. This range reflects NYC market data; for roles outside NYC, the range may differ.
