Location: Hybrid (Remote and Onsite in either Jackson, Ypsilanti, or Westland)

Reports To: Vice President of Marketing

Travel: 10%

Status: Full-Time, Non-Exempt

Are you a creative professional with a strong eye for design and a passion for storytelling through video, motion, and graphics? We're looking for a Multimedia Specialist to produce high-quality content that supports our marketing campaigns, community engagement efforts, and internal communications.

What You'll Do

  • Create with Purpose: Develop creative content that supports our mission to help cultivate legacy-defining moments, ensuring project reflects our values and connects with our members and community.
  • Bring Stories to Life: Develop videos, motion graphics, and designs that engage, inspire, and inform across multiple marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with internal teams, departments, and external vendors to understand objectives and deliver creative solutions that advance key goals.
  • Develop Projects End-to-End: Take ownership of multimedia projects from concept through delivery, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely completion.
  • Leverage Technology & Trends: Use the latest tools and techniques in video production, animation, and design to keep our content fresh, relevant, and impactful.
  • Measure & Improve: Review content performance, gather feedback, and continuously refine work to better engage our audiences and support organizational objectives.
  • Champion Brand Consistency: Maintain and enhance brand standards across all multimedia content, ensuring our look, voice, and community presence remain consistent and impactful.

Your Experience Includes

  • 2–5 years' experience in graphic design, including multimedia production and video production.
  • Bachelor's degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven ability to develop and implement brand strategies across collateral materials.
  • Proficiency in multimedia software and tools such as:
    • Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
    • Final Cut Pro or other video editing software.
    • Audio editing tools like Adobe Audition or similar.
    • Motion graphics and animation software (e.g., After Effects, Blender, Cinema 4D).
    • Familiarity with video production equipment (cameras, lighting, sound, etc.).
  • Experience with HubSpot for content management is a plus.
  • Financial industry experience is preferred but not required.

Compensation & Benefits

Expected Starting Salary Range:

$25.38 - $32.24 per hour based on experience beyond what is required of the role and geographic location
