Overview

Qualis LLC is seeking a mid-level Information Management Support Specialist to provide advisory and assistant services for Video Teleconference and Multimedia services to high-ranking military members and members of the senior executive service. This position is located at Eglin AFB, FL.

Responsibilities

• Support Video Teleconference with bases using IP connections.
• Schedule VTC in the DISN Global Video Service daily.
• Support and manage COMSEC.
• Maintain and operate all computer systems required to run the VTC program.
• Respond, diagnose problems with timely processes through which problems are controlled, including problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution, and follow-up.
• Provide support documentation and training.
• Provide end-user support for multimedia architecture hardware components.
• Interact with network services to restore service and identify and correct core problems.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience. Substitution of experience for education requires government approval.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
• Must have an understanding of the specific procedures and processes of the Air Force Test Center and DoD regulations and guidelines, covering information, personnel, physical and industrial security.
• Must have the ability to quickly understand the customer's overall technical objectives and provide effective solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with customer interaction and presentation capabilities.
• Must exemplify a dedication to achieving the mission of the 96TW as well as high standards of quality and excellence in performing the duties.
• Must be able to work effectively alone, unsupervised, or within a group.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
• Must be willing to travel up to 5%.
