Requirements / Qualifications

Materials Required (must be included with the application): Credential Copy (Single Subject Credential in Music), Certificate Copy (CSET), English Learner Authorization, Copy of Transcripts, Letter of Introduction, Letters of Recommendation (MUST BE SIGNED AND DATED WITHIN THE LAST 12 MONTHS), Resume. For DMHS: Mariachi preferred background. TB Clearance accepted if completed within the last 6 months. If any required documentation is missing, applicants will be screened out.
