Overview

Public Relations & Community Associate at Jerry. Fully remote full-time role with options to work onsite in Palo Alto, Toronto, or New York.

We are looking for an early-career professional who is highly comfortable with change and ambiguity and who wants hands-on experience at the intersection of AI, SEO, and media.

What You'll Do

• Engage with our audience by executing community-channel strategies (e.g., Reddit, Trustpilot), monitor app reviews and feedback, respond to comments, identify trends, and flag insights for product and engineering teams.
• Drive organic growth by contributing to SEO and AEO strategies, including experimenting with new AI-assisted workflows.
• Handle day-to-day public relations operations across consumer, tech, business, and trade outlets; monitor news cycles, update media lists, track coverage, and build relationships with journalists.

Ideal Profile

• Hands-on experience with Reddit, Trustpilot, and other community and review platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in journalism, communications, PR, or a related field.
• Resourceful, proactive, fast, curious, and solution-oriented.
• Agile: thrives in a fast-paced environment and can pivot as the media and tech landscapes evolve.
• Determined: persistent and resilient, able to adapt after setbacks and maintain momentum.
• Bonus: experience in a newsroom, PR agency, or startup environment.
