Overview

College of Arts and Sciences Marketing and Public Relations Coordinator. Works with the Deans’ Office in the College of Arts and Sciences to develop a College communication and marketing plan, prepare and deliver communications, develop College marketing materials, and coordinate social media; assist the College’s efforts in recruitment and retention of faculty, staff, and students. Collaborate with Enrollment Management; help in efforts to reach out to and remain connected with alumni and donors; facilitate greater communication within the college (among faculty, staff, and students).

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a College communication and marketing plan in collaboration with the Deans’ Office.
  • Prepare and deliver communications and develop College marketing materials.
  • Coordinate social media and assist in recruitment and retention efforts for faculty, staff, and students.
  • Collaborate with Enrollment Management and engage with alumni and donors to maintain connections.
  • Facilitate greater internal communication within the College among faculty, staff, and students.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors in Marketing, Graphic Design, Public Relations, Advertising, Communication, or related area.
