Now Hiring: SEO Specialist

Location: US Remote

Duration: ~3 months, possibility of extending

We are seeking a Content Optimization Specialist to create and publish SEO-driven, E-E-A-T content for our Employer Resource Library. In this role, you will collaborate with SEO partners, conduct keyword research, optimize content, and track performance to enhance visibility, credibility, and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and publish modular, SEO-driven content aligned with E-E-A-T principles to improve search rankings and user engagement.
  • Work closely with SEO partners to analyze content performance, identify trends, and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Support content optimization initiatives, including A/B testing for landing pages to enhance engagement and conversions.
  • Ensure content aligns with search intent, readability standards, and brand voice for maximum impact.
  • Monitor content performance and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research to inform content strategy and optimization efforts.
  • Utilize WordPress and other CMS platforms to optimize website content efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in content marketing, web optimization, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Gemini, Surfer SEO) to enhance the optimization process.
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to marketing.
  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on clear, actionable insights.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress, Contentful, or Content Stack.
  • Familiarity with project management tools, specifically Asana.
