What you’ll do
As a Senior SEO Manager at Brex, you will help shape, execute, and scale our SEO strategy to drive measurable growth. You’ll work with partners across Segment Marketing, Engineering, and Design to boost Brex’s visibility across search engines and AI-powered search platforms. Your work will impact organic visibility on traditional search engines and AI-backed tools.
- Collaborate on the design and execution of SEO/AIO/GEO strategies that drive organic traffic, increase visibility, and generate more pipeline growth.
- Monitor and analyze KPIs such as traffic, rankings, visibility, conversions, and share of voice.
- Lead initiatives to produce engaging, SEO-driven content for the content hub.
- Perform audits to determine when content should be created, refreshed, or merged to maintain SEO performance and user experience alignment.
- Use a data-backed, hypothesis-driven approach to identify and implement improvements in performance and visibility.
- Identify and drive technical enhancements that improve page performance and user experience to support SEO growth; provide actionable SEO insights to engineering for informed web development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (content marketing, design, analytics, engineering) and external partners or agencies.
- Stay current with SEO/GEO/AIO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices, translating industry developments into actionable strategies.
Requirements
- 4+ years of proven SEO experience, ideally within fintech, technology, or B2B.
- Strong proficiency with SEO tools and analytics platforms (GA4, Google Search Console, Looker, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Deep understanding of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO.
- Experience leveraging AI in daily work to amplify impact and output.
- Familiarity with LLM optimization and zero-click engagement concepts.
- Strong cross-team collaboration and clear communication skills.
- Experience optimizing for GEO/AIO.
- Experience with GTM automation platforms such as Retool, Zapier, n8n, AirOps, or similar tools.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this role is $119,328 - $149,160. Starting base pay depends on factors including location, skills, experience, market demands, and internal pay parity. Equity and other forms of compensation may be included as part of the total package.
