We are looking for a highly experienced, collaborative, and results-driven Microsoft AI consultant. The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert who values substance and accuracy, thrives on partnering directly with client leadership, and has a proven track record of translating complex technical capabilities into elegant, user-friendly business solutions.

• Possess deep, hands-on expertise in the Microsoft AI stack, particularly CoPilot Studio.
• Value substance, facts, and accuracy over superficial confidence.
• Excel at collaborating directly with senior client stakeholders in a partnership model.
• Possess exceptional written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex updates through clear and detailed memos.
• Have a natural sense of curiosity, a thirst for knowledge, and a drive for continuous learning in the fast-evolving AI space.
• Are highly organized and methodical in your approach to project management and updates.
• Have the ability to understand and design for non-technical end-users, ensuring technology is intuitive and user-friendly.

What You’ll Do

In this role as a Microsoft AI Consultant, you will partner with the technology leader at our hospitality client to drive AI initiatives. Your primary goal is to provide hands-on expertise and strategic guidance to fast-track their "Practice Support Agent" pilot, an AI-powered knowledge base built on Microsoft CoPilot Studio. You will assess the current pilot, refine its architecture, configure integrations with SharePoint, and drive the project to a successful deployment by the end of the year, all while establishing best practices for testing and user adoption.

Qualifications

Deep, hands-on technical experience is required for this role. What is also required, however, are the following attributes:

Ideal candidates will have:

• 5-7+ years' experience in a senior technical consulting or enterprise architecture role.
• Expert-level, hands-on experience with Microsoft CoPilot Studio, including building, testing, and deploying AI agents.
• Demonstrable experience integrating AI agents with various data sources, specifically SharePoint.
• Deep expertise across the Microsoft technology stack, including its cloud environment and tenant structures.
