Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Media Programming Manager for a Fortune 500 company based in Stamford, CT. This role involves leading programming strategy by planning and executing service offerings and promotions for external customers. Candidates must come from a media, broadcast, or cable background. You will collaborate with external partners on how incorporating Programming & Marketing suggestions into schedules could boost performance metrics. It requires collaboration with content providers and internal teams to deliver bundled or promotional offerings. The position also includes developing and managing the programming calendar strategy based on business goals, production delivery schedules, major marketing campaigns, and new product feature launches, and building high-level slide decks for executive reviews and partner presentations to translate complex service and pricing changes into digestible formats.

Responsibilities

• Lead programming strategy by planning and executing service offerings and promotions for external customers.
• Collaborate with external partners to incorporate Programming & Marketing suggestions into schedules to boost performance metrics.
• Develop and manage the programming calendar strategy aligned with business goals, production schedules, major campaigns, and new feature launches.
• Build high-level slide decks for executive reviews and partner presentations; translate complex service and pricing changes into digestible formats.
• Enter or update customer data and modify packages to ensure accuracy of customer-facing services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in non-technical programming within cable, media, or related companies.
• Strong background in rate adjustment, corrections, or pricing adjustments.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives without direct authority.
• Exceptional presentation and storytelling skills, especially in building executive-level slide decks.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
