Overview

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to lead high-impact design initiatives across multiple digital touchpoints. This role is responsible for creating accessible, scalable, and intuitive experiences that enhance customer and healthcare provider engagement.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end UX design for web and cross-platform products (onboarding flows, customer portals, medical dashboards, provider tools).
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, marketers, and customer experience teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Advocate for user needs and ensure compliance with accessibility standards.
• Deliver polished interaction and visual design using modern design systems.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of UX/product design experience.
• Proficiency in Figma and other modern design tools.
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction and visual design.
• Knowledge of usability principles, accessibility, responsive design.
• Experience in regulated industries (healthcare preferred) a plus.
