Overview

Large Digital Agency looking for a Senior Designer responsible for reimagining creative experiences for real-world problems that help people and organizations thrive. The Designer will apply a strong design POV, deep understanding of user experience and set the bar for quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with creative directors, visual, UX and product designers, digital strategists and engineers to produce experiences and creative that shake the world
• Provide design system support including component creation and maintenance
• Concept and develop creative for product, branding, value proposition design, creative strategy, culture design and digital experiences
• Present confidently and persuasively with an understanding of strategy, brand and design
• Demonstrate an understanding of and involvement in UX development including sitemaps, wireframes and user flows
• Ensure the quality of design across all phases of projects
• Motivate and champion award-winning design at all times
• Feel comfortable multitasking and working in ambiguous situations
• Help grow a culture of design and ship with speed, consistency, and quality

Qualifications

• Excellent design, color and typographic skills
• Motivation to design the future and have an award-winning portfolio (brand, product, digital etc.) to prove it
• An understanding of life-centered design and how to apply it
• An interest in both branding and product design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, Sketch, Figma, Miro/Mural, Invision
• 5+ years of experience in designer role(s) at Design or Digital Agencies, Startups or Fortune 500 companies
• Possession of an undergraduate degree
