We're seeking a talented Video Production Specialist to create compelling video advertisements and visual content across our multiple Orlando-based dealership locations. Key Responsibilities

• Video Production: Create high-quality video advertisements for multiple dealership locations
• Event Coverage: Capture and edit video content for dealership events, community outreach activities, and special promotions
• Customer Stories: Produce engaging customer testimonials and vehicle review content
• Photography: Shoot and process professional staff photos and event photography
• Content Development: Write scripts and treatments for various video projects
• Project Management: Produce and shoot video projects independently, often as a one-person production team
• Content Creation: Assist in creating attention grabbing social media content for dealerships and the group as a whole
• Multi-Location Support: Travel between dealership locations to provide consistent visual content across all brands

Required Qualifications

• Software Proficiency: Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite and proficiency in linear editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
• Technical Skills: Well-versed in camera operation, audio recording, lighting techniques, and basic composition principles
• Experience: Some training and experience in video production required (specific level flexible for the right candidate)
• Independence: Self-motivated individual capable of working independently with minimal supervision
• Reliability: Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently
• Transportation: Valid driver's license and ability to travel between dealership locations

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous automotive industry experience (not required - we welcome candidates from all industries)
• Experience creating motion graphics and animated content
• Background in marketing or advertising content creation

Schedule

• Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with flexibility on shoot days)

This position reports directly to the Director of Marketing and requires a self-starter who can thrive in an independent work environment while collaborating effectively with dealership teams across all locations.
