Lead React.js Web Developer w/Java (Onsite)

We are seeking a Lead React.js Web Developer w/Java with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team in a hybrid work model. The ideal candidate will have expertise in React Js and Java and will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role requires a proactive individual who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and deliver impactful results.

You must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Location: Columbus, OH - Plano, TX Onsite position, 5 days a week at the office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain React.js web applications.
• Implement UI components using React, Redux, hooks, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Debug and resolve issues in web applications.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience.
• 8 to 12 years of software development experience.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Java, and related technologies.
• Knowledge of Redux, hooks, HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Ability to debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Good understanding of client requirements and project execution.
• Nice to have: Blue Node.js, Karma test cases.

Salary and Compensation:

The annual salary ranges from $81,372K to $141,500K, depending on experience and qualifications. The position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance.
