Overview

Senior-level engineering role focused on UI development with .NET experience, for a government-related project. Local candidates are highly preferred. Prior State experience is recommended.

Responsibilities

• Lead UI development for complex, scalable web applications using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular (3-4 years), jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.
• Collaborate in a leadership capacity within development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Design and maintain UI components and patterns aligned with project requirements.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Level III – More than seven (7) years of experience on complex projects with 2+ years in a leadership role as a Developer.
• More than 7 years of UI development experience with MVC and a focus on building complex and scalable applications.
• More than 7 years of experience developing and maintaining web applications using HTML, XML, JSON, AJAX, JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular (3-4 years), jQuery, Bootstrap, and CSS.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Web Development, or related technical field.
• 7+ years of experience in .NET, C# for n-tier web deployment OR Java/Spring Boot for n-tier web/cloud deployment.
• 7+ years of SOA integration, including secure web services (SOAP/REST).
• 7+ years of experience with Entity Framework.
• 7+ years of experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit preferred).
• 5+ years of experience with distributed version control (e.g., Git).
• Experience designing & implementing CI/CD workflows.
• 2+ years of experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in a federal or state government setting (Health and Human Services) preferred.
