Responsibilities

• Design user-centered experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Facilitate design sprints and workshops to generate innovative ideas.
• Conduct user research and competitive analysis to inform design decisions.
• Develop prototypes and wireframes to test and iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
• Present design solutions to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Manage and guide junior designers.

Must-Have Qualifications

• Degree in HCI, Information Architecture, Digital Design, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a focus on ecommerce.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design solutions.
• Excellent visual and interaction design skills.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with design systems.
• Familiarity with accessibility guidelines.
• Experience leading and mentoring design teams.
