Our client is a global experiential marketing agency searching for a highly talented Senior Experiential Producer. If you're a master of logistics, a creative collaborator, and passionate about crafting amazing experiences, keep reading. We are looking for a driven and passionate leader to join this award-winning team. The client partners with agile brands to deliver exceptional experiential activations that align with core marketing objectives. This is achieved through strategic planning, experiential and environmental design, audience engagement, and seamless execution of activation.

The ideal candidate is a natural leader who excels in collaborative settings and thrives under pressure. You must possess an innate drive for growth and a proven track record of managing complex physical and digital activations, seamlessly uniting multiple project teams. As the central point of contact, you\'ll translate creative visions into reality, ensuring every detail is flawlessly executed.

Responsibilities

  • Manage people, time, and money, ensuring projects stay on track and within (or under) budget
  • Consult with clients on attendee flow, installation layout, and fabrication needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to maintain creative alignment and brand consistency. Interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate execution
  • Lead client meetings, providing agendas, timelines, meeting minutes, visual project books, budget updates, and overall proactive communication
  • Maintain strong client relationships and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle
  • Manage budgets, track changes, obtain client approvals, and assist with post-event reconciliation
  • Supervise on-site installations, dismantle, and steward budget effectively while in the weeds, providing client support where needed
  • Bachelor\'s degree preferred
  • 10 years of experience in events, experiential activations, interactive engagements, and trade shows
  • Proven ability to manage budgets ranging from $50K to multi-million dollar
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills, common sense, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to lead meetings, communicate action plans, and deliver results
  • Passion for creating innovative experiential solutions
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward
  • Versatility, willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, and travel as required
