Chai Vision is a fast-growing e-commerce company managing a dynamic portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands across high-impact categories, including fitness and wellness, kids and toys, home furniture, pet care, camping, and supplements. With a strong presence on platforms such as Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop, were scaling rapidly through a data-driven, community-first approach and an unrelenting focus on product-market fit.
Role Summary:
Were looking for a highly strategic, performance-obsessed Creative Strategist to lead paid media campaigns from ideation to execution to grow our paid media efforts and be the liaison between creative team, growth marketing and media vendors and also media buyers. Youll be expected to operate autonomously across paid creative strategy, light creative direction, copy ideation to work with our lead copy writer, and performance analysis, partnering with cross-functional teams (media buyers, editors, designers) to generate results across paid media in channels, such as Meta, Google, and YouTube and more.
What Youll Own:
- Creative Campaign Leadership: Own the full creative lifecyclefrom concepting and scripting to briefing and asset delivery, for paid social ads. Youll work across Meta, growing into Google, and YouTube, OOH / TV and Podcasting with a direct-response mindset.
- Data-Driven Strategy: Analyze ad performance (CTR, Hook Rate, ROAS, CAC, etc.), identify winning patterns, and translate learnings into new creative concepts, briefs, and testing strategies.
- Creative Briefing & Feedback: Write clear, actionable briefs rooted in customer psychology and creative performance data. Collaborate with designers, editors, and UGC creators to bring the vision to life. Offer thoughtful, constructive feedback to sharpen every round.
- Copy + Visual Direction: Guide messaging frameworks, creative hooks, and storytelling structureespecially for UGC and video-first formats. Bonus if you can do quick mockups or light editing in Canva, CapCut, or Figma.
- Testing & Iteration: Build and manage a testing roadmap across clients. Regularly A/B test formats, scripts, hooks, and CTAsthen synthesize results into insights that fuel scalable creative.
- Performance Reporting: Build monthly creative reports in Slides or dashboards. Connect the dots between creative output and business outcomes. Youll help tell the story behind the data.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in a creative strategy, paid social, or performance marketing role ideally in DTC or a performance agency
- Deep knowledge of Meta Ads (must), TikTok Ads (strongly preferred), and experience with Google/YouTube creative
- Ability to independently ideate, script, and direct paid social creative without creative director handholding
- Experience managing creative workflows across multiple brands and timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong writing instincts (ad copy, UGC scripts, headlines)
- Proficient with performance metrics and ad data (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Motion, Looker, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skillsyou can hold your own with internal teams or external clients
- Bonus: Light design or editing experience (Figma, Canva, CapCut, Adobe)
- Bonus: Familiar with project management tools like Notion, Monday, or ClickUp
