This individual will be responsible for building and strengthening referral networks, maintaining patient and provider relationships, and driving business growth within the DFW area.

Key Responsibilities

• Consistently meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
• Proactively develop new referral sources and expand existing relationships with physicians, nurses, clinical staff, and patient care centers.
• Leverage existing accounts to uncover new referral opportunities and maximize territory growth.
• Use the companys CRM to track activity, maintain prospect pipelines, and document customer interactions.
• Build long-standing customer relationships by delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring high referral retention.
• Serve as a liaison between practitioners and patients to ensure seamless care coordination and excellent experiences.
• Provide clear and effective internal communication across departments to support patient care and account management.
• Represent Stability Prosthetics at trade shows, conferences, and networking events as assigned.
