Knowledgeable of the contracting process with clients, associate partners, and consultants, in consultation with Market Sector Director or ROL
Recognized as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) within the industry and among clients and peers
Speaks at conferences, writes articles, participates in or chairs committees
Ability to identify, champion, and close new business 360 opportunities
Independently prepares RFQ/P, with strategic input from Market Sector Director and/or ROL
Ability to identify and follow-up on the project leads, coordinate BD pre-sale activities and build relationship with potential clients, with input from Market Sector Director and/or ROL.
Independently sets strategies for pursuit with input of Market Sector Direct and/or ROL
Develops capture plans for assigned project pursuits, with input of Market Sector Director and/or ROL
Ability to negotiate scope and fees, develop fee proposals, and develop MOUs by shadowing supervision of a Market Sector Director and/or ROL
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent verbal, written, and graphic skills
Knowledgeable of life-safety, building codes, zoning ordinances, and standards, and the application on architectural projects
Independently applies advanced architectural concepts
Ability to run and manage a small to large size architectural projects independently
Application of internal BIM Standards
Considerable knowledgeable of architectural means and methods.

- Masters in Architecture
- LEED AP, or BD+C, or green infrastructure
- AIA member
Competency with 3D modeling programs, Rhino, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Bachelors Degree in Architecture
- 15+ years of experience within the construction space with at least 3 years of direct supervisory experience
- Experience working within the Justice Services industry (Correctional facilities, courthouse facilities, Emergency services or EOS facilitates)
- Experience working on projects of over 500 million in budget
- Registered Architect in at least 1 state
- Excellent understanding of ACA and ADA codes and compliances
Knowledge of most Major Architecture software (Revit, AutoCAD, Bim software)
