Our Client Strategy team shapes media strategies that help brands grow and connect with audiences through business insight, media planning, and cross-channel collaboration. As a Senior Manager, you will partner with clients, media leads, analytics, and creative teams to design and implement full-funnel media strategies aligned with brand goals. Your role involves managing communications, developing strategic plans, tracking performance, and innovating solutions to ensure client satisfaction and agency growth.

You will also refine internal processes, contribute to team planning, and support initiatives to enhance client outcomes and agency standards. We value curiosity, accountability, and creative thinking, fostering leadership, growth, and impact within our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and lead strategic, full-funnel media plans with clients and internal teams.
  2. Manage budgets, optimize ad spend, and identify growth opportunities.
  3. Build trusted client relationships through clear communication and proactive ideas.
  4. Create and present media plans using tools like Keynote, PowerPoint, or G-Slides.
  5. Ensure cohesive communication across clients, internal teams, and partners.
  6. Lead and motivate a team of media professionals.
  7. Coordinate project schedules and manage go-to-market strategies.
  8. Resolve challenges efficiently, using feedback for team growth.
  9. Partner with analytics teams to produce insights and actionable reports.
  10. Oversee omnichannel campaign performance and suggest improvements.
  11. Develop comprehensive client reports and lead test-and-learn initiatives.
  12. Stay current with industry trends and emerging media platforms.
  13. Analyze client business environments to deliver relevant media strategies.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years in Client Strategy, with 3+ years in leadership, plus a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams with integrated strategies.
  • Deep knowledge of multi-channel planning based on data and audience insights.
  • Ability to interpret complex data into strategic insights.
  • Proficiency in creating strategic presentations and frameworks.
  • Strong collaboration skills with clients and internal teams.
