Were seeking a dynamic and results-driven Restaurant Marketing & Communications Manager to join our corporate team in Chicago. This on-site role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for hospitality and proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans across multiple restaurant concepts
• Lead digital marketing initiatives including email, social media, and paid advertising
• Manage brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints
• Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to promote seasonal offerings, events, and campaigns
• Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Coordinate local promotions, PR efforts, influencer partnerships, and community engagement
• Oversee creation and distribution of marketing collateral
• Manage relationships with external vendors, media partners, and creative agencies
• Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activity
  
  

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for branding and visual storytelling
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
