Organizational Overview

Role

The Associate Director, TG Regional Marketing, is a senior in-market position within the TG field organization that will focus on KOL engagements to gain insights and provide a bridge between field markets and TG. The position will report to the Director, Regional Marketing and be part of the TG MS Marketing team. The territory for this role is Florida and Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Speaker Program Management: Selects and trains speakers on both unbranded and branded content, monitors speaker programs, and provides field-based training to speakers.
  2. KOL/Advocacy Engagements: Engages with KOLs around unbranded and branded insight topics, brand pillars, creates and leverages advocacy, works with key MS advocacy groups, and seeks out information from relevant medical and scientific literature.
  3. Advisory Boards: Provides input into the commercial advisory board plan, leads regional advisory boards.
  4. Congress Planning & Execution: Provides input into the congress strategy and execution for ACTRIMS, CMSC, AAN, ECTRIMS, and gathers congress insights.
  5. Ambassador of Compliance: Works with the highest degree of professionalism in accordance with TGs ethical code of conduct.

Travel 10-15% to TGs offices to attend meetings, etc., as required.

Professional Experience/Qualifications
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in brand marketing, sales or medical.
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience in the MS category.
  3. Marketing, Sales Leadership, and launch experience preferred.
  4. KOL engagement, ad boards and speakers bureau experience strongly preferred.
  5. Proven ability to manage large geographical territory.
  6. Proven ability to develop productive relationships with physicians and other HCPs.
  7. Strong analytical and presentation skills.
  8. Clinical knowledge and aptitude in complex disease states.
  9. Effective verbal and written communication skills and organizational abilities.
  10. Self-driven with strong organizing and planning skills.
  11. Proven ability to work effectively in a matrixed environment.
  12. Must live in either Florida or Puerto Rico.
  13. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
Education

Bachelors Degree and MS Category Experience Required.
