Overview
Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a Director of Digital Marketing who will focus on building and implementing digital marketing strategies to drive interest in products and activate new client prospects.
Base pay range
$120,000.00/yr - $140,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
- Lead digital & growth marketing efforts, create overall strategy to generate new prospects and move qualified leads further down the funnel.
- Work closely with the sales team to design a holistic client journey across all digital channels
- Implement digital marketing best practices for tactics such as audience segmentation, SEO & content optimization, lead scoring, nurture campaigns, preference centers, etc.
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across various channels, including social media, search, and display
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies, including blog posts, articles, and other forms of content to drive traffic, engagement, and leads
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation, and A/B testing
- Set up the website as the backbone of our digital marketing strategies, ensure its ongoing performance as our main marketing channel
- Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates, user acquisition, and overall ROI
- Build an integrated reporting dashboard to track and report on marketing KPIs; provide regular updates to the executive team on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our digital marketing strategies remain competitive
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a project management role
- Experience building digital marketing foundations from the ground up, with an ability to explain strategies and processes to non-marketers
- Experience implementing digital marketing best practices such as SEO, and testing methods such as A/B or multivariate testing
- A passion for data and analytics, and the ability to identify different growth opportunities and create data-driven marketing plans to meet them
- Experience implementing integrated marketing ROI dashboards using data visualization tools like Tableau, Datorama, Domo, etc.
- Experience with the Google Marketing Platform, including Ads, Analytics, Tag Manager, Search Console, and Looker Studio
- Experience implementing email marketing campaigns within a Marketing Automation Platform (pref. Marketo) including lead scoring, nurture campaigns, batch campaigns, audience segmentation, etc.
- Deep knowledge of how to optimize a website to be a central hub for digital marketing strategies and first-party data collection
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with an ability to work both independently and on a face-paced, collaborative team
- Bachelors Degree and/or Masters Degree
