Sales/Marketing Coordinator - WKTB/TELEMUNDO ATLANTA
Telemundo Atlanta is looking for an experienced, proactive, and highly organized Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our Sales team with both broadcast and digital initiatives. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth execution of sales commitments, marketing campaigns, and high-impact events. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable juggling multiple deadlines, and can seamlessly collaborate across departments.
Duties/Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
- Enter and manage broadcast & digital orders
- Monitor digital campaign performance and suggest optimization strategies
- Review campaign results and provide insights and feedback
- Create and present reporting decks summarizing campaign performance
- Collaborate with Sales, Creative Services, and Marketing to fulfill client deliverables
- Assist with execution of sponsorships, organic digital content, on-air elements, and promotions
- Coordinate logistics and support for Signature Events and station initiatives
- Maintain accuracy across sales commitments, campaign trackers, and internal communications
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Candidate must be positive, outgoing, detail-oriented, hard-working, and above all, a team player.
- Must have proficient knowledge of WideOrbit, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, and basic knowledge of organizing software apps.
- Spanish language, awareness of digital marketing, and social media are a plus.
- Candidate must have an 'owner' attitude with accountability and a strong work ethic.
- Office hours are M-F 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
