Overview
Vacation Sales Coordinator (Marketing) – in person role in Washington, DC, with up to $2,000 sign-on bonus potential. Employer: Marriott Vacations Worldwide. Responsibilities
Engage with hotel guests at desk locations and provide elevated customer service. Schedule sales presentations and manage customer expectations. Provide the highest level of service to exceed budgeted sales presentations and volume production goals. Ensure attendees of sales presentations meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning about products and services. Use persuasive techniques to maximize revenue while maintaining guest loyalty. Qualifications
Highly motivated with sales or customer service experience and enjoy interacting with guests in person or by phone. Flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays. Concierge and/or sales experience preferred. Position may require background and drug screening in accordance with state and local requirements. Physical ability to reach overhead, bend, twist, pull, stoop, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Compensation & Benefits
Base wage of $17.50/hour with production pay; annual pay range (base wages + production pay) for MVO MVC City at The Mayflower Washington D.C. in 2024 is expected to be between $38,641 and $80,651. Up to $2,000 sign-on bonus potential (terms apply).
