The Associate Director, Growth Marketing, will drive Relatable’s customer acquisition and retention strategy across emerging paid channels, SEO/SEM, and upper-funnel campaigns. This role will work closely with leadership to manage the growth budget, scale high-impact programs, and ensure sustainable, measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with leadership to define and execute the acquisition roadmap, scaling with efficiency and impact. Forecast growth and acquisition targets, integrating financial modeling with marketing plans. Lead paid search, SEO, and emerging paid social strategies beyond core channels. Launch and scale campaigns on YouTube, Google, podcasts, and OOH. Create and test campaigns across the full marketing funnel, from awareness to conversion, ensuring channel strategies work cohesively to drive measurable performance. Lead the expansion of upper-funnel initiatives—such as YouTube, podcasts, and CTV—to grow audience reach and brand consideration, while maintaining discipline on ROI and incrementality. Search Marketing Leadership
Oversee SEM and SEO execution, ensuring both technical and content strategies are optimized. Partner with content and product teams to align SEO initiatives with growth goals. Attribution & Measurement
Implement robust attribution models and incrementality testing. Collaborate with Finance to track performance and inform budget allocation. Qualifications & Experience
6+ years in growth marketing roles, with experience in both paid and organic strategies. Proven ability to scale emerging channels and full-funnel programs. Strong understanding of attribution models, incrementality testing, and forecasting. Expertise in SEM, SEO, and cross-channel campaign integration. The salary range for this role is $116,000.00-$135,000.00 annually, plus eligible for an annual target bonus prorated from the start date.
