Overview
Reporting to the Practice Head of Design Operations and Strategy for Wealth Management Americas (WMA), this role is responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of seamless and effective Advisor and Client journeys across all touchpoints and channels. In this role, you will work cross-functionally to ensure that every step of the Financial Advisor and client experience is optimized to enhance satisfaction, increase engagement, and drive business outcomes. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed user journey maps to visualize and understand the user’s experience across different touchpoints, regularly updating these maps to reflect changes and improvements for a seamless and consistent user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, engineering and analytics, to understand perspectives to inform recommendations to improve journeys. Map customer data, feedback, and analytics to journeys (e.g., NPS, CSAT, alignment with strategic OKRs). Work with UX researchers to conduct qualitative and quantitative research to gather valuable insights into Advisor and Client needs and pain points. Salary and Benefits
Salary
The salary range for this role in Weehawken is $65,000 to $85,000. The expected salary range as of the posting date is based on factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Entry level, prior exposure to UX research a plus Basic understanding of the wealth management industry Knowledge of user research and testing tools (e.g., Qualtrics, UserTesting /UserZoom, Maze). Knowledge of tools to manage work and collaboration (e.g., Jira, Gitlab, Miro, FigJam). Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design Thinking, Customer Experience, or a related field About us
