UX Researchers own end-to-end planning, execution, analysis and reporting of research projects, and consistently achieve research outputs needed by Product teams to inform strategic decisions. The research findings inform product design, user experience, market strategy, and product direction. Lead core end-to-end research activities including defining objectives, hypotheses, methodology, execution, analysis, and communication. Qualifications
Master Degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Information Science, Psychology, Social Science, or related field 7+ years of relevant experience in consumer-facing business domains Strong ability to plan, scope, conduct, analyze and communicate research Experience with qualitative and user-centered design methods (interviews, diary studies, direct observation, think-aloud usability testing, etc.) Experience with quantitative research (metrics, survey design, sampling, cross-tabs, statistical concepts) Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and working with external research vendors Ability to describe user problems and business opportunities to stakeholders using qualitative and quantitative data Strong critical thinking and storytelling skills; able to communicate with business people, designers, engineers and other stakeholders in English Enjoy collaborative work in a dynamic, data-driven and creative environment Knowledge of data compliance and ethics in research activities Team & Collaboration
