Preferred master's degree in Business Administration, Communications or a related field 6+ years’ experience in leading communications and organizational change management strategy development and implementation Preferred experience in business strategy, digital transformation, or technology consulting roles Demonstrated experience in successfully driving adoption of innovative technologies and delivery methodologies in large organizations, preferably in government or highly regulated industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, etc). Proven track record in stakeholder management and business process optimization Preferred certifications in strategy (e.g., Certified Strategy and Business Planning Professional) or change management (e.g., Prosci Change Management Certification), or related fields
