Digital Marketing Specialist Job Description:
This position is responsible for implementing Pay Per Click media strategies for generating qualified leads and e-commerce sales. The ideal candidate can quickly understand, manage, and support initiatives that will contribute to the goals and success of client campaigns.
Compensation: Base Salary + bonus, insurance, sick pay, holiday pay, vacation pay, end of year bonuses.
Key Functional Areas of Responsibility
Manage, review, and perform daily account responsibilities associated with Google AdWords, Meta Advertising, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, YouTube, Yahoo, Bing, and other search platforms for a variety of clients.
Able to conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategy.
Maintain and monitor keyword bids, account daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics.
Manage the creation of keyword lists.
Manage Display network placement lists on AdWords and through other contextual advertising platforms.
Provide research, recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, budget, targeting, and other facets of paid search in accordance with client goals.
Provide oversight and manage new and existing paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts and aid in the creation of paid search marketing initiatives.
Provide oversight, manage, and be able to generate weekly and monthly client reporting for all major metrics, goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
Keep pace with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments.
Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports, and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance with client goals.
Monitor and evaluate organic and paid search results and search performance across the major search channels.
Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results.
Provide oversight and work closely with the other team members to meet client goals.
Collaborating with the Organic Search (SEO), Paid Social, Programmatic, Creative, and Client Partnerships teams on strategy and results.
Communicating with clients via Client Partnerships team around results, tests, and needs on a weekly to monthly basis.
Ongoing maintenance and monitoring of bids, costs, budget caps and relevant KPI's
Discussing results and strategies with clients on weekly phone meetings
Provide strategic analysis of campaign performance, identifying trends, and forecasting future opportunities" or "transform raw data into clear, compelling narratives that inform client decisions.
At times, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing expert guidance on paid media strategy.

Professional Skills & Qualifications
Must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Paid Search (PPC) within the U.S.
Analyze campaign data to explain performance fluctuations, identify root causes, and recommend optimizations based on key metrics (e.g., ROAS, CPA, LTV).
Ability to maintain professional and productive client relationships through clear, concise, and proactive communication.
Skill or experience developing and managing yearly, quarterly, and monthly media budgets, providing forecasts and recommendations for resource allocation.
Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tools.
Experience working with popular PPC ad platforms (Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, Bing AdCenter, etc).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Proficiency in managing moderate to large scale PPC accounts in a variety of different business verticals.
Google Ads & Google Analytics Certifications (will require in first 90 days if not up to date) / Bing certification a plus.
BS/BA degree preferred.
Knowledge of wellness, fitness and supplements is a plus.

Monitor online presence of clients' brands and recommend marketing strategies to the creative team, as needed.
