POSITION OVERVIEW
:
We're looking for a creative, scrappy, and hands-on Social Media Coordinator to bring our brand to life across digital channels. This isn't a "sit back and schedule" kind of role—this is an opportunity to roll up your sleeves, brainstorm, film, edit, and publish content that feels fresh, authentic, and on-brand every single day.
The right candidate is obsessed with social media culture, loves testing new trends, and knows how to turn everyday moments into scroll-stopping content. WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Content Creation & Publishing
Concept, capture, edit, and publish daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
Jump in on trending formats, memes, and cultural moments to keep our feeds fresh and relevant
Partner with the creative team for larger-scale campaigns while also being scrappy enough to shoot and edit on the fly (think: iPhone in one hand, Canva/Adobe in the other)
Community Management
:
Live in the comments and DMs—respond quickly and with personality that reflects our brand voice
Spark conversation and engage with followers, creators, and fans to build community and brand love
Support influencer partnerships and amplify user-generated content
Analytics & Trends:
Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth) and share actionable insights bi-weekly
Keep a pulse on competitor activity and industry trends, recommending creative pivots when needed
Experiment and optimize based on what's working (and what's not)
Campaign & Team Support
:
Assist in planning and executing brand campaigns, product launches, contests, and collaborations
Help manage paid social campaigns alongside the broader marketing team
Maintain and update the content calendar so nothing slips through the cracks
Support the Marketing Manager and Digital Marketing Director on a day-to-day basis
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
1-2 years of social media, digital marketing, or related experience (internships count)
A true passion for social media—you're the one sending your friends TikTok's before they're viral
Strong writing and communication skills with a knack for witty, engaging captions
Comfortable behind and in front of the camera (bonus if you like being part of the content)
Basic photo/video editing skills: experience with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suites is a plus
Extremely organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-moving environment
Must be based in the LA area and excited to work in-office in Manhattan Beach—this role is hands-on and collaborative
