Bring campaigns to life in Portugueseon time, on brand, on budget. BSIs Assurance division is hiring a Marketing Coordinator to enable and localize integrated programs across System Certification, Training, and ISA. Youll adapt global content for Brazilian audiences, maintain asset hygiene, support events, and help measure performanceso teams move faster with confidence. If youre meticulous, collaborative, and love making complex programs simple to ship, lets talk. What youll own Campaign execution support: Coordinate emails, landing pages, and webinars in Pardot/CMS, managing timelines and dependencies in Workfront.

Portuguese localization: Translate/adapt assets for Brazilian market nuances, sectors, and buyer personas; align with brand voice.

Internal enablement: Help produce sales newsletters, briefings, and event communications to keep teams aligned.

Asset management: Upload and organize materials in Frontify/DAM with proper tagging, naming, and documentation.

How youll execute

Quality assurance: Validate copy, links, forms, UTMs, and responsive design; spot language/formatting issues across devices.

Event & tradeshow support: Manage registrations, vendor coordination, shipping, and on-site logistics; maintain event calendars.

Performance tracking: Compile email/webinar/lead metrics; support dashboards and recap presentations.

Regulatory awareness: Coordinate with ops to respect LGPD consent practices and preference management.

What you bring

Exceptional organization and attention to detail

Experience with Workfront, Pardot (or equivalent), CMS, and DAM

Comfort with spreadsheets and GA4 basics

Collaborative communicator across teams, vendors, and time zones

Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

2+ years B2B marketing experience (professional services, SaaS, or regulated industries preferred)

Familiarity with Pardot, Salesforce, Workfront, GA4 (or equivalents)

Language & travel

Languages: Strong command of Portuguese and English; Spanish a plus

Travel: Up to 5% for events and team activities
