The Marketing Coordinator Retail requires a highly organized people-person who supports, coordinates, and executes various aspects of our retail shopper marketing promotional programs. The person in this position needs to effectively see all projects through from start to finish, be attentive to detail, organized, and take responsibility for their work. Support one or more Account Managers in all project details from design approval to installation through mastering the multiple elements involved. Own all back-end project documentation. Work with internal teams to ensure project details are executed correctly and timelines are maintained. Communicate project details both verbally and through project documentation with partner agencies. Ensure accurate and on-time execution at all levels.

Assist Account Managers in project management Maintain internal and external project flow documents and a variety of Excel databases Timely handle status reports and client deliverables Route proofs and record discrepancies Responsible for BOLs and small package shipments Foster internal team coordination Maintain a high level of accountability for decisions and convert experiences into opportunities for learning Shuffle multiple projects within a single day, sometimes shifting multiple tasks in a 15 minute period Other duties as assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or other related field required 1-2 years of professional office experience in a similar or related field required Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required Commitment to teamwork required Attributes: Organized, Attentive to Detail, Self-Motivated, Good Communication, and Customer Service required Solid written and verbal skills including professional email etiquette required Effective task management and superb follow-through required Exceptional problem-solving skills and outside-the-box thinking preferred Knowledge of marketing and retail, as well as project management/coordination experience are a plus

This is an in-office position located at our Elk Grove Village, IL location. Candidate must be able to work in the office full time. Seniority level
