Axle is hiring a

Marketing Coordinator

to partner across teams in developing, launching, and tracking marketing efforts that elevate the brand, connect with target audiences, and support long-term business success. This entry-level role is ideal for a recent graduate with a passion for marketing, design, and communications. The coordinator will work closely with internal teams to create compelling content, manage campaigns, support events, and maintain brand standards across all channels. This role requires the ability to work five days per week in our Tysons, VA office. Responsibilities

Assist in developing and executing annual marketing plans aligned with corporate strategy and BD/sales goals. Coordinate go-to-market activities for products, services, and solutions. Support in translating brand vision into actionable campaign strategies. Support cross-functional creative reviews to ensure campaigns maintain strategic alignment and brand integrity. Maintain brand identity, tone of voice, and visual standards across all materials. Update and maintain website content to ensure relevance and accuracy. Support in evolving visual identity and oversee seasonal/annual creative refreshes. Support in developing brand playbooks, campaign toolkits, and messaging frameworks. Support the execution of email, web, social media, and paid ad campaigns. Assist in managing marketing automation platforms and CRM integrations. Help track and report campaign performance, providing insights for optimization. Help adapt creative assets for digital channels while ensuring high visual impact. Support in aligning content calendars with overarching brand and business objectives. Design branded visual assets such as presentations, brochures, infographics, and social graphics. Provide graphics and visual storytelling support. Support the production of multimedia content, including videos, animations, and webinars. Develop strategic content series that elevate brand storytelling. Support event booth setup, collateral preparation, and post-event follow-up campaigns. Integrate brand activations into event experiences for maximum engagement. Track campaign KPIs and marketing-generated leads. Assist in building dashboards showing marketing influence on the BD/sales pipeline. Maintain digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CMS, email marketing). Provide creative performance insights to inform future design optimization. Deliver brand health metrics and competitive benchmarking reports. Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, and WordPress. Ability to work on multiple projects with shifting priorities. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively across team. Ability to work in our Tysons, VA office 5 days/week. Benefits
