As a Senior Specialist on the North America Marketing Events team, youll design and deliver premium, bespoke experiences for BCGs most senior client audiences. In this regional role, youll shape events as strategic marketing platforms that elevate our brand, showcase thought leadership, and advance commercial priorities. Youll coordinate across teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver seamless programs, and youll shape content, craft communications, and use data insights to ensure events advance BCGs brand and business goals. Youll work across the firmlocally, regionally, and globallypartnering with colleagues in marketing, brand, communications, practice areas, and operations, as well as senior leaders and external agency partners, acting as connective tissue to ensure events are cohesive, strategic, and world-class. Thinking like a marketer first, ensuring events advance the firms brand and business goals. Designing premium, high-touch experiences tailored to senior audiences. Curating content and programming that highlight BCGs expertise and thought leadership and deeply engage senior audiences. Crafting compelling messaging and written communications that resonate with senior audiences. Partnering across local, regional, and global teams in marketing, practice areas, operations, and more to deliver cohesive, impactful programs. Using data and analytics to measure success and turn insights into strategy. Representing BCG with polish and professionalism in high-profile environments. What You'll Bring

5+ years of experience in marketing and event management, ideally within integrated campaigns and senior-level client programs, with exposure to broader marketing functions. Proven success delivering bespoke, senior-level events with discretion, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder management. Strong writing and communications skills, with experience shaping programs, crafting stories, and developing clear, compelling messages. Ability to track event KPIs and use data to measure performance, tying outcomes back to marketing goals. Familiarity with marketing funnels and customer journeys, understanding how events drive demand generation. Strong organizational skills with flexibility to adapt quickly to changing priorities. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Willingness to travel as part of the role and flexibly work evenings and weekends as needed. Who You'll Work With

Youll collaborate with the Senior Manager of North America Marketing Events, colleagues across North America Marketing (Brand, Communications, PR, Strategy and Ops), BCG Partners, agency partners, and global marketing teams to deliver impactful events that reinforce BCGs thought leadership, client engagement, and market presence. Format

This role currently requires 3 days a week in office presence, with the remaining 2 days flexible. Specific office days are agreed upon by the team. Compensation & Benefits

Total compensation includes base salary, annual discretionary performance bonus, retirement contribution, and a comprehensive benefits package. Base salary ranges are location-dependent. A discretionary bonus of up to 12% and a retirement contribution that starts at 5% and moves to 10% after 2 years are included.
