Marketing Coordinator

will be responsible for coordinating the delivery of all team marketing messaging through multiple marketing channels, including owned and operated assets and paid media. Reporting to the

Sr. Manager of Advertising , this position will be a key member of the Marketing department, assisting with organizational initiatives related to brand positioning and advertising. Role and Responsibilities Responsible for submitting art requests and trafficking marketing messages for in-ballpark assets, including LED boards, concourse slates, and Inside Pitch gameday publications. Lead media drops, including writing copy points, planning logistics, and organizing names. Assist with media proposals, contracts, promotional deals, ticket fulfillment, and maintaining relationships with media trade partners. Track advertisements and develop end-of-season recaps to demonstrate proof of performance. Assist in developing, copywriting, and submitting traffic for all television and radio broadcast on-air reads. Write scripts for Rays radio and television ads. Traffic paid advertisements under the supervision of the Rays Sr. Advertising Manager. Facilitate the execution of on-site marketing programs and partnerships on game days. Support the development, creation, and execution of programs such as kids club, college student offers, league programs, jewel events, theme nights, giveaways, and special ticket packages. Assist the Rays Digital Marketing Manager in executing marketing plans and initiatives as needed. Support the Director in planning and executing All-Star campaigns. Perform administrative duties and other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications and Educational Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. 1-2 years of experience in marketing and advertising. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong writing and editing experience. Ability to multitask and manage several projects, prioritizing to meet deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of traditional and digital advertising, including but not limited to OOH, TV, radio, programmatic display, video pre-roll, connected TV/OTT, paid social, and SEM/SEO. Working understanding of baseball.
