The Data Visualization Manager is responsible for consolidating data from various sources into a centralized platform and designing visually appealing, intuitive dashboards. This role provides a holistic view of the business and enables stakeholders to access relevant information quickly. Competencies:

Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be effectively communicated through visualization. Expertise in using data visualization tools such as Tableau, Google Data Studio (Looker Studio), or D3.js to create visually compelling and interactive dashboards and reports. Understanding UX principles to design dashboards that are user-friendly, intuitive to navigate, and accessible across different devices and platforms. Strong problem-solving skills to identify data visualization challenges, explore alternative solutions, and implement effective strategies. Foundational Gen AI skillsets to deliver future-proof, optimal, and efficient tools to answer business questions. Duties and Responsibilities:

Data Integration

Prepare business requirements mapping for dashboarding and insights on new and changing requirements. Dashboard Development and Maintenance

Build dashboards, optimize scripts, and orchestrate data transformations in collaboration with Data Architects and Analysts to ensure seamless data source integration. Leverage data visualization best practices to represent complex data clearly using charts, graphs, maps, and other visual elements. Manage and ensure timely production and updates of dashboards, including versioning and change management. Govern and ensure closure of production dashboard scripts. User Experience Design

Lead development of dashboard layouts and views that are easy to navigate, responsive, and accessible across devices. Optimize dashboard performance for fast loading and smooth interaction, even with large datasets. Ad-hoc Reports, Customer Profiling, Extraction Requests

Manage data mining and extraction requests in collaboration with Data Governance. Enable ad hoc and regular MIS reporting, customer profiling, and business monitoring. Automate profiling and cohort analyses to support faster insights. Lead development of statistical and scientific business forecasting models with a target error/variance of +/-5%. Stakeholder Management and Knowledge Transfer

Train and support end-users in dashboard usage, visualization interpretation, and insight extraction. Hiring Requirements:

Work Experience: Graduate of Statistics, Math, IT, Computer Science, or Industrial Engineering. More than 3-5 years of experience in analytics. Telco background is preferred. Experience with Snowflake, Google Cloud (GCP, BigQuery), and Looker Studio is preferred. Knowledge Level: Strong data management and analytics skills. Understanding of end-to-end Data Science practices, including Machine Learning. Programming skills in SQL, Python, R, and open-source tools. UX and design thinking, including Gen AI skillsets.
