The
Grassroots Community Marketing Manager
is responsible for building a team of ambassadors that educate users, support retailers, and convert consumers into the best cellular cameras and feeders in the hunting category. The ideal candidate communicates well in-person and in written communications. Additionally, this candidate is an avid hunting consumer, understanding the intricacies of the seasonality and language. Job Responsibilities
Develop and execute a
Field Team strategy
to drive engagement and conversions across digital platforms and in-store events. Recruit, onboard, and manage new field team members; design
incentive programs
to drive participation. Build and manage
earned partnerships
with influencers, organizations, and communities to expand reach. Develop and execute
product seeding efforts , ensuring alignment with brand and business objectives. Partner with internal teams to
create content
for digital, social, and retail marketing. Monitor performance metrics, generate insights, and
optimize campaigns
based on data-driven learnings. Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field, OR equivalent experience. 35 years of consumer marketing experience, preferably in outdoor products or lifestyle brands. Strong ability to develop and maintain relationships with creators, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts. Working knowledge of key social platforms (Meta, YouTube, TikTok). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities. Analytical mindset with experience applying
data and insights
to refine strategy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Asana). Passion for hunting and/or outdoor products. Essential Job Function
Content creation and editing capabilities (photo, video, or social media). Strong presentation and visual storytelling skills. Self-starter comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
