Marketing Coordinator

Tampa FL office. The
Marketing Coordinator
will be creatively responsible for the graphic design, editing, layout, and production of WGI print and digital marketing proposals, presentations, and other materials. In this position you will work directly with project managers in WGIs Buildings Division to deliver high-quality and timely service in support of business development efforts. Support and execute content development and management for print and digital materials Coordinate and create winning proposals including graphic design, writing, research, data gathering, and execution Delegate to corporate graphic designers, when needed Identify and outline client requirements for marketing proposals and other collateral Schedule and facilitate team kick-off meetings Ensure all content produced in-house is on-brand and consistent in terms of style, quality, tone of voice, spelling, and grammar Update content of key proposal elements such as photography, team resumes, project information, etc. Contribute to the organization plan for our divisions digital files and proposal archive Establish relationships with outside consultants as needed for their input on marketing proposals and other collateral Support and contribute to WGIs Digital Asset Management tool (OpenAsset), including development of key word/search parameters Utilize and manage content in WGIs CRM Provide support to the Proposal Manager to meet the overall Buildings Divisions goals Qualifications
Successful candidates will have the following skills and competencies: Excellent computer skills with proficiency in InDesign and other Adobe Creative Suite products Advanced skills in Microsoft Office software including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent written, verbal, and editing communications skills with the ability to present information clearly and creatively Ability to grasp technical language and communicate it in a clear, easy-to-read style Exceptional and proven experience writing (should be able to provide writing samples) Demonstrated layout and design skills (should be able to provide examples) Excellent organizational skills and ability to effectively manage multiple projects Experience with CRM platforms such as Deltek, AEC360, and Access Self-starter with strong work ethic and a flexible work style in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage last minute and urgent requests Strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to relate to and provide support for internal staff and external team members Up to 5 years of marketing and communications experience; Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis.
