GTRC Strategy and Governance team

Global Technology Risk Committee (GTRC)

Job Title:

Technical Writer

Location:

Plano, TX | Chandler, AZ | Richmond, VA (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)

Pay Rate: $46 on W2

What's the Job?

Create, edit, and proofread executive-facing documents with a focus on clarity and accuracy

Manage PowerPoint presentations, ensuring formatting, quick edits, and version control

Take real-time notes during meetings, capturing key discussion points

Support monthly GTRC meetings and provide administrative oversight

Identify and correct inconsistencies or gaps in documentation

What's Needed?

Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Advanced PowerPoint and Microsoft Suite proficiency

Strong note-taking and transcription ability

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
