You'll shape how brands look, feel, and communicate across every touchpoint-bringing storytelling, clarity, and consistency to complex design challenges. Equal parts thinker and maker, you approach design as both a creative and strategic discipline, ensuring every visual element supports a larger narrative.
Our Senior Designers lead design from concept to delivery, championing both craft and strategy. You should have a strong point of view on design systems, a deep love for typography and storytelling, and the ability to make bold ideas feel timeless and practical. You'll help shape the DNA of brands, ensuring every touchpoint-digital or physical-reinforces their unique identity. WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead the creation and evolution of brand identities, including logos, typography, color palettes, and visual systems Translate brand strategy into thoughtful concepts, design directions and guidelines Deliver high-quality design work across a range of outputs: brand systems, guidelines, campaigns, social content, presentations, physical and digital experiences Partner with strategists, copywriters, and cross-disciplinary teams to bring brand narratives to life Present work clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams, building alignment and excitement Review and mentor junior designers, ensuring quality, consistency and growth Collaborate with production and project teams to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards Maintain and advocate for brand consistency and expansion across all client work WHAT YOU'LL NEED 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual systems design, or a related creative role, ideally within a B2B technology or SaaS environment Portfolio that showcases not just final polished assets, but also systems thinking, strategic rationale, and direct, hands-on experience using generative AI within the creative process Ability to develop and evolve brand guidelines for consistent execution across mediums. Knowledge of digital-first branding and how identity and concepts adapts across screens, social, and motion Experience and knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with After Effects (or similar) for basic motion design Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) Expertise in generative AI platforms for image and video creation (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion, Runway) Understanding of brand strategy, user-centric design principles, and multi-channel visual storytelling Systems thinking, connecting granular design decisions to broader business objectives and brand goals Communication skills to clearly articulate ideas and present work effectively Organizational strength with attention to detail and the ability to balance multiple projects Collaborative mindset with eagerness to partner across disciplines Curiosity and experimentation with emerging technologies, paired with a strong perspective on the future of AI and creativity

This is a full-time role, based in the United States. The target range of base compensation for this role is $95,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience and location.
