The Role
We’re hiring a
Lead Product Designer
to drive design for one of Overjet’s newest 0→1 initiatives, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), a product that bridges the gap between clinicians and insurance organizations. This is a greenfield opportunity to define the product experience from the ground up and set the vision for how an entirely new category of tools will work. We’re looking for a designer who is energized by zero-to-one building—someone who thrives in ambiguity, turns big ideas into tangible product concepts, and knows how to ship quickly while balancing polish with iteration. You’ll work directly with PMs, engineers, and customer-facing teams to bring forward insights and co-create solutions, ensuring design is at the forefront of product strategy. This role gives you the chance to be at the leading edge of applied AI in healthcare, where your work directly improves patient health outcomes and strengthens provider-insurer collaboration. You’ll be joining during our high-growth phase, where the momentum of the company creates outsized opportunities for impact and leadership. At Overjet, we are a design-led and product-led company. You’ll step in as a Design Lead across a suite of products, not just one, with wide ownership over an entire vertical and the opportunity to lead others as our design team scales. Along the way, you’ll help lay the foundation of Overjet’s design practice—shaping best practices, influencing our design system, and elevating the role of design across the company. Responsibilities
Define and evangelize Overjet’s design principles and practices Lead user research as needed to inform UX design Distill complex dental practices and regulatory needs into simple outcome-oriented user experiences Partner with the Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, Customer Success Managers, and Clinical Researchers to define problems, prototype design and user experience Inspire and support product teams to help them build towards your UX vision efficiently Qualifications
