Job Description
City: Glendale, CA

Onsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Onsite (3 days a week)

Duration: 18 months

Rate Range: Up to$78/hr on W2 depending on experience (no C2C or 1099 or sub-contract)

Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except OPT, CPT, H1B

Must Have:
  • Presentation design (PowerPoint & Keynote expert-level production)
  • UI & interaction design for web (non-coding)
  • Graphic & brand design (brand systems, visual identity assets)
  • Data visualization design (dashboards, infographics, interactive data storytelling)
  • Motion design & micro-interactions (After Effects or similar)
  • Figma
  • Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
  • Design systems creation & maintenance (components, tokens, patterns)
  • File prep & delivery across digital and print (export specs, asset pipelines)
Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex concepts into clear, compelling visual narratives (presentations, data visuals, UI mockups, brand artifacts, event collateral).
  • Develop and maintain brand identity elements, design standards, and style guides; ensure consistency across touchpoints.
  • Produce end-to-end creative deliverables: style guides, presentation templates, branding materials, UI comps, and documentation.
  • Build client-ready presentation decks that inform, persuade, and inspire; elevate content strategy beyond "reskinning."
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to scope, prioritize, estimate, and deliver multiple fast-turn projects in parallel.
  • Collaborate with visual/UI/UX/product designers to evolve a unified design language and reusable patterns.
  • Communicate design rationale to stakeholders; incorporate feedback and iterate quickly.
  • Contribute to team ops (templates, process/tool research, pattern libraries) and inspire new approaches to design problems.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years in multidisciplinary visual design with a strong portfolio demonstrating brand systems, presentation craft, UI/interaction work, and data storytelling.
  • Proven experience working with large national/global brands or complex enterprise stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Figma; Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects); PowerPoint & Keynote.
  • Hands-on experience with design systems, component libraries, and documentation.
  • Ability to manage shifting priorities, handle last-minute requests, and deliver on tight timelines in a highly collaborative environment.
Portfolio expectations (attach links in resume):
  • Must show: presentation design, websites, interaction design, graphic design.
  • Strongly preferred: data visualization (dashboards/infographics/interactive), motion design & micro-interactions (After Effects or similar), basic video editing.
  • Nice to have: workshop facilitation artifacts, content design, 3D/experiential (e.g., Cinema 4D).
  • Please avoid featuring as primary work: social media shareables/ads, pure illustration, print-only collateral, photo retouching, production-only tasks.
