Creative Operations Lead
Fanatics Betting & Gaming (FBG) is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Operations Lead to join our fast-paced Creative Studio team. In this role, you'll oversee the full lifecycle of creative projectsfrom initial brief to final deliveryensuring timelines, resources, and workflows are effectively managed. You'll play a key role in upholding our standards for quality, brand integrity, and compliance.
Reporting to the Sr. Director of Creative Operations, and partnering closely with another Creative Operations Lead on the team, this position is perfect for an experienced creative project manager who thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end management of creative projects, ensuring on-time, on-brief delivery.
- Coordinate workflows across design, copy, and motion teams, keeping projects on track and stakeholders aligned.
- Assign work thoughtfully, providing clear direction, deadlines, and context for successful execution.
- Maintain accurate project tracking and timelines using Airtable and other studio tools.
- Review deliverables for quality, brand consistency, and inclusion of legal/regulatory requirements.
- Manage the routing and approval process across creative leads, legal, compliance, and business stakeholdersdriving timely alignment and sign-off.
- Identify opportunities to optimize processes, tools, and team efficiencies within the Creative Studio.
Experience and Skills
- 35 years of experience in creative project management, digital production, or marketing operations.
- Strong understanding of creative workflows and production processes.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management and productivity tools such as Airtable, Figma, Google Workspace, and Slack.
- Proactive, adaptable problem-solver who thrives under pressure.
- Excellent communicator with a collaborative, team-first mindset.
- Willingness to go the extra mile and continuously look for ways to improve.
- Open to occasional travel for events, offsites, and team meetings.
The base salary range for this role is $91,000 - 120,000 per year, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This role is eligible for the Fanatics Betting and Gaming annual bonus program and an equity award. Salary range is listed in USD; ranges will change based on country of residence.
