Overview
Title: Digital Designer
Contract: 12 months with possibilities of extension.
Location: Boston, MA or New York (Onsite)
Industry: Banking/Finance or Investment (Must required)
Responsibilities
- Visual Design & Brand Application: Deliver exceptional design solutions across web, mobile, email, and social media, multimedia, demonstrated through a strong portfolio.
- Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, visually compelling digital assets for campaigns, product launches, and client communications.
- Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints while ensuring designs meet brand, accessibility, and compliance standards.
- UI/UX Design: Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for websites, investor portals, microsites, dashboards, and digital tools.
- Apply UX best practices to improve navigation, readability, and interactivity for institutional and individual investor audiences.
- Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback, and guide development.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
- Campaign & Content Support: Create assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including display ads, HTML email templates, animations, and social graphics.
- Design interactive infographics, data visualizations, and visual storytelling elements to simplify complex investment content.
- Support event marketing with digital invitations, microsites, and on-screen event visuals.
- Software & Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and design platforms such as Figma, Sketch, or equivalent.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Marketing, Communications, Product, and Technology teams to deliver innovative digital solutions.
- Clearly present design concepts and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback while maintaining design integrity.
- Creative Problem-Solving & Adaptability: Identify and resolve design challenges with innovative, effective solutions.
- Stay current on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, applying them where appropriate.

Qualifications
- Visual Design: Exceptional design skills demonstrated through portfolio. Ability to translate brand guidelines into digital solutions.
- User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design: Proficiency in designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces and experiences.
- Wireframing and Prototyping: Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback.
- Software Expertise: Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Figma, Sketch, etc.
- Communication: Ability to clearly communicate design concepts, collaborate effectively with teams, and present work.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve design challenges.
- Creativity: Ability to generate innovative and effective design solutions.
- Adaptability: Keeping abreast of the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices.
