We’re looking for a Marketing Manager with experience in the home services industry—someone who understands the urgency of seasonal demand, embraces competition, and refuses to stop until the targets are hit. If you’ve driven growth in industries like basement waterproofing, HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or remodeling, you know the stakes—and how satisfying it is to win.

This role calls for a driven, resourceful, and highly creative marketer who is as comfortable rolling up their sleeves to execute campaigns as they are analyzing results in Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, or Looker Studio. Prior ad agency or multi-brand experience, with media planning is highly valued, as you’ll need to juggle multiple campaigns at once, pivot quickly, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.

Who You Are (Our Ideal Candidate)

-7–10 years of experience in marketing, account management, and analytics within a fast-paced, lead-generation or performance marketing environment (home services experience is a strong plus)

-Deep passion for lead generation—energized by building demand, optimizing customer journey funnels, and turning data into high-quality leads that fuel growth

-Background in ad agency or multi-brand marketing environments with media experience, comfortable managing competing priorities, tight deadlines, and diverse brand voices

-Proficient with Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, Looker Studio (or similar platforms), as well as Excel and PowerPoint

-Proven ability to manage marketing programs end-to-end—from strategic planning through execution and performance measurement

-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights

-Exceptional communication and presentation abilities—skilled at simplifying complex data and influencing executive stakeholders

-Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a rapidly changing environment

-A growth mindset: resourceful, curious, and driven to deliver measurable improvements week after week

What You’ll Do

-Lead Marketing Analytics: Own reporting across Salesforce, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, and Looker Studio—pulling, analyzing, and interpreting performance data to uncover trends, optimize spend, and surface actionable insights

-Drive Lead-Gen Campaigns: Manage the day-to-day execution of multi-channel programs (email, digital, direct mail, paid media, SEO content, local activations) that deliver qualified leads and fill the funnel

-Measure & Report Performance: Build clear dashboards and compelling narratives for leadership, showing impact on ROI, CPL, and conversion metrics

-Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with sales, operations, and creative teams to align campaigns with business goals and accelerate pipeline growth

-Test, Learn & Optimize: Design and run A/B tests across channels to continually improve targeting, messaging, creative, and overall campaign effectiveness

-Own Stakeholder Relationships: Act as the go-to account lead for internal stakeholders—setting expectations, managing timelines, and ensuring programs are delivered on time and above goal

-Move Fast & Adapt: Navigate shifting priorities, competitive changes, and performance signals with agility—balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution
